Highly recommend the cinnamon buns. An impromptu visit when I popped to Clare to complete the Clare to Cavendish circular walk. I wanted a little pick me up following the 10 miler and my goodness, I did not regret popping into Small town. I grabbed a cinnamon bun which turned out to be the best I have ever eaten; soft, doughy, absolutely delicious!

This place is brilliant! Their pastries and sandwiches are amazing, coffee is top notch and they are always very well staffed. We visit Suffolk regularly and always make sure we come here for coffee. They are dog friendly too so perfect for stopping by after a walk in the park next door.

Top notch strong but mellow flavourful and full coffee. Welcoming friendly staff. The cinnamon buns are amazing and are a must but you've got to be quick to get one. They'd already sold out today so had a slice of banana bread which came as a large slice and was fresh and moist. Always worth a visit when in town.

My first time visiting today after being recommended by lots of friends. OMG been told to go for the amazing cinnamon buns (which were scrumptious) but had the vegan sandwich. Didn't really know what it entailed but was honestly one of the top 5 sandwiches of my life! I'm not even vegan. It was so delicious that have been thinking of it all day and working out when I can come back to Clare for another one. It was the juiciest of Ciabattas that oozed down your chin, filled with generous portion of sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, pesto and rocket. The ciabatta bread was mind-blowing good. Please support this fantastic local small business. You won't regret a trip.

We were a group of eight cyclists looking for a coffee stop in Clare at 9am - most places were closed but then we found this gem!!! Really excellent coffee and exceptional pastries and bread from a Cambridgeshire bakery. Charming young couple serving - the barista really knows what he's doing. Highly recommended.
