I can't say enough good things about Nisa Local in Castle Vale. This corner shop has been our go-to place for years, and it consistently exceeds our expectations. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by Faz the owner with a warm smile, who is genuinely one of the kindest and friendliest people you'll meet. It's clear that he takes great pride in running the store and making everyone feel welcome.

Haven't been in here for quite awhile, but popped in for shopping top up. Wasn't impressed, hard to find anything, seemed very dark in there. And when I went in, seemed more interested in having their own conversation, than serving me. So I left my shopping and walked out.

Regularly go here so I know exactly how the shop is like. There aren't much shops around, so this one is one of my few choices ,when I need something in a rush. Honestly, the staff is terrible but I tried to let that slide since it might just be their "bad day" but can a person seriously have a bad day everyday? The food being sold there is most of the time , if not always, out of date. The sandwiches or other ready made meals will 100% of the time leave me with an upset stomach even if it isn't "out of date". The prices are even more ridiculous,
like if you're going to sell things for a high price atleast make sure that it's something good and isnt going to leave me sitting on the toilet for 30 mins straight. This place has many issues and I've honestly got no hope that any of these problems will get sorted , as the shop has been like this for a couple years now. So if you do have a choice of where to shop , don't come here , just a warning.

Love this shop go there almost every day on the way to work. The manager and staff are very helpful, and the sell a wide variety of essential goods which are affordable.

Bought a frozen pizza just over the average superstore price, but probably the mold on it costs a bit extra... It was not expired.

People should not be buying goods from this shop. They always sell out of date drink and food. I have bought so many things and got home and been out of date. I have just bought a 4 pint cravendale milk and just gone to open it and its a week out of date!!! This is vile!!! Totally bang out of order... I rang the shop to complain and they checked the milk on the shelf and they have more milk on the shelf that is a week out of date!! The shop needs shutting down!!!
