Worst co-op for miles around!
I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve gone in there then left because they didn’t have half of what I needed, I realised is quicker to just drive on by and head for locking or winscombe.
I also hate having to call out for a staff member to serve me at the till after waiting patiently for minutes, don’t get me wrong though some of the staff are absolutely lovely.
I must say congratulations though on your thinnest bacon in the world, it’s a miracle how you can cut it so thin while maintaining high prices.
A huge nail in the coffin for this shop is the new Asda express in locking, just do a little price comparison and you’ll realise the co-op is a rip off.
I was really excited when the co-op first opened, I thought it was great for the village, sadly now though I will not be using it again.
Congratulations co-op on the most disappointing “convenience” store for miles around, you’ve nailed it…….

Long opening hours, parking, cash machine and PayPoint. Disabled parking is available here but only 1 space - which would probably be adequate if lazy people without blue badges would use the many other spaces!

Terrible customer service. Staff were rude and looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. I understand it's tough times but being miserable and rude is unnecessary.
