Was looking for a TV bed for a few weeks and found Time4Sleep online. Decided to drive to their showroom to see the beds in person. We decided on the one we wanted and the woman that took our order and shown us the bed was amazing. The delivery was arranged and turned up on time. The bed is now set up and we are very happy with it. Thank you

Do NOT buy from this company. Me and my partner purchased an ottoman bed from time4sleep and it got delivered perfectly fine. 2 weeks into getting our new bed, me and my partner were being bit from head to toe. Unsure as to what this was we thought it was nothing and carried on as usual. 2 weeks later we spotted BED BUGS on the headboard and sides to our bed. Never had an issue with our old bed and mattress, we neither replaced the mattress. Phoned the company and they gave us a full refund accepting liability, however will not give us a refund (£300) for getting a fumigator out to solve this issue. Poor service and legal action has been taken.

Poorly made ottoman bed delivered with incorrect parts / shoddy instructions

We've ordered an ottoman bed and assessed that we had been sent the wrong parts, based on the assembly instructions which depicted different parts for the bed.

We sent them photos and spoke with them on the phone. They first told us they are the right parts then told us they were in fact the wrong parts after reviewing our photos and the instructions. They sent us another bed but forgot to tell the delivery company to collect the old one, which they wouldn't do on the day.

The new bed ended up having exactly the same parts that didn't match the instructions. We decided to assemble the bed anyway because we are about to have a baby. There were several places in the assembly instructions that didn't match up with the parts we had. In the end we were able to put it together however the ottoman function feels much more dangerous than the another ottoman bed we had in the past from a different company. It slams down and is difficult to maneuver.

The customer service rep did their best to resolve the issue but in the end it it felt like poorly made, dangerous furniture from overseas with shoddy instructions that Time 4 Sleep are not themselves familiar with.

I've just had delivered a Verona Ottoman bed and matching side tables for my daughters bedroom. This is the second bed I have bought from time4sleep and it won't be the last! I decided to take a trip to their showroom in Halifax this time and all the team where so helpful in helping me choose the perfect bed and furniture. The quality for the price is unbelievable and my daughter is over the moon! From the sales experience to the delivery everything was great, even the construction that I was slightly worried about was straight forward and was compete in a matter of hours. Thanks time4sleep for another great purchase!

Fantastic product and more importantly aftersales, it had a broken piston which Laura & Lisa sent me a replacement to fix, arrived very quickly.

Highly recommend!
We ordered the rhapsody wolf grey ottoman king size bed for our new house. Admittedly we did request for it to be delivered in the PM but received a notification the night before explaining it would be delivered between 7am-11am, which was a little difficult for us but something we managed to get around.
The delivery drivers were great and placed the bed exactly where we asked them to.
We didn’t pay for assembly but we really didn’t need to as the instructions were so easy to follow and the individual pieces of the bed were wrapped really well and clearly.
The bed quality is amazing and we absolutely love our new bed.
Would 1000% order from here again!
