such a friendly ladies, always in a great mood.
Even if I don't find anything suitable to buy on the day, still worth the experience.

So disappointing, lacking the Toast experience and have put me off buying from the brand, which I have previously loved both in store and online

Despise there be at least 5 staff working and no other customers, I was completely ignored and made to feel less an for shopping in an outlet. Not even a hello, felt like I was in the way of their chats and I was putting them out when asked if I could try something on.
The lady on the none outlet side was helpful when asked on additional sizing.

Well designed and manufactured clothing but if you live outside of the UK, be prepared to pay dearly. Toast adds 27% on top of the highest conversion rates and fees if you live in Europe, so £135 (normally= €161.46 conversion + fees) becomes €205!!!! Plus €35 shipping. I’m sad because I really like their clothing but this is egregious.

Great shop, lots of discounted pieces and samples. Couldn't find a jumper I'd been looking for and one of the ladies working there found one out the back for me :). Will definitely visit again.

I like toast but this outlet isn't particularly special. It was mostly current season sale stuff at regular sale prices when I went. Apparently they do get a few faulty and archive clothes. Seemed to be more choice in the larger sizes. I bought a pair of trousers that turned out to be cheaper on the toast website. At least you don't have to pay for postage and you can try things on.
