Decided to try one of the too good to go bags. £5 for apparently £15 worth of groceries.

I've never received a too good to go bag before with yellow sticker items as if that's the case I might have just gone in to the store and pick the items of choice instead of the mystery of products in the bag but I am scratching my head to how this is £15 worth of food. If you add up the now price of the 3 items it comes to £7.37 and if you add up the was price it's £10.59 so false advertising to say its £15.

Maybe there is a mistake and there should have been two bags which wasn't given to me but after a 12 hour shift I didn't check the items until I got home as didn't think I'd be short changed

Great resource for the local community with helpful staff and some good local products. Such a pity that the facilities, the petrol pumps, car wash, coffee machines, orange juicer etc are constantly out of order. I’m told Langford is not an investment priority and it’s beginning to show.
Come on Touts, sort it out otherwise your customers will start to walk. They will have to if you lose any more pumps!

I am from Cornwall and stay around the area I always pop into this shop for my goods. So vast and clean with lovely kind staff. They cater for everything. I've travelled from Bristol after going to concerts and popped in here for a refreshing hot drink. It is a peace Of Mind knowing they'll be open. I actually look forward to visiting well done to everyone

2p off per litre of fuel with a touts card, the fuel is not much more in cost than the supermarket. Esso so quality fuel too. Forecourt attendants offer to fill your vehicle too and are very polite, I decline as I think it’s lazy, but at least this service helps people that need it. Subway inside the store. Shop has a wide variety of items but some items are over priced but on the other hand some items are relatively cheap. Only 3 stars due to the service from the staff, the younger guys and girls working there are more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers. I’ve also seen them on phones at the till before too. Mixed review, but local and honest. Touts need to work on the customer service of some of the staff inside the store, small majority let it down.

Had to drop a family member off to Bristol Airport from Exeter and my car started having issues on the way up. Stopped at Tout’s in Langford on the way back and asked a member of staff whether there was anyone who might be able to help! His name is Cliff and what a legend - he figured out what the issue was and sorted it out for me straight away! Drove off with a peace of mind and some delicious Cheddar strawberries as well! Thank you so much! So helpful and friendly!

Despite the fact that the shop appears to be fully open, it doesn't serve alcohol at night.
There were no visible signs, and the alcohol area was not closed off. I and many other people were taking our purchases to the till, only to be refused service.
Don't bother stopping, go find a 24hr Tesco or Asda instead!

Edited to add: owner states in response that there are many signs around the store, but there aren't. There was one small yellow triangle sign that looks like a wet-floor warning sign, that we saw on the way out, but that's all. Would make more sense to just have screens for the alcohol like other stores do

Decent service station with a fabulously wide range of interesting food. Pretty much a mini supermarket really with some deli specials, I had a cheese and apple sausage roll and a Boston jerk scotch egg.. Admittedly more expensive than a supermarket but it is a garage and it's the last stop on the way to Bristol airport from the west country and it's much cheaper than the airport for food with arguably a better/wider selection.
Fuel prices are reasonable.
Also features subway and they have a Costa machine.
Plenty of parking round the back from the pumps, the spaces are labelled Tout.
