We love this place. The food is always fresh and the staff very welcoming we go every Saturday.

You cannot beat a traditional charcoal grill.

The tea and deserts are always amazing too.

Takeaway Turkish food, kebabs / meals / drinks food is always excellent with somewhere to sit and eat your food I would recommend. Also has onside parking for the mini market. I haven't bought anything from the mini market so cannot comment on that side of the business

Regular customer at the restaurant. Fab food. Massive portions. Always take my mum for a nice treat. One waitress is absolutely lovely. However, the more times I’ve visited, the worse the staff have gotten. Stopped going a few months ago but I’d forgotten what the reason was. Went again recently and I remembered why. The staff behind the counter never muster a smile. Today I spent £43.70 for 2 people and was given attitude when I had to ask for containers 3 times to take home my leftover food because they didn’t give me enough and one was disgustingly dirty. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. Won’t be going there anymore. I’ll be sure to remember this time. No one needs to be treated like they’re a nuisance for simple things every restaurant offers. To finish off, the lady behind the counter needs a course in customer service.

I had an exceptional experience at Venus supermarket in Bolton. The food exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, and the ambiance created a sense of comfort and homeliness. The supermarket offers a diverse range of options, including foreign cuisines that seamlessly blend in with the Bolton atmosphere. I am grateful for the introduction of this cultural culinary experience in Bolton, and I strongly believe that this particular establishment deserves to have branches throughout the UK. I highly recommend it and thoroughly enjoyed my three-course meal there.q

My partner and I come to Venus for our meat and produce every week, and can’t help but pick up some cakes to go. The produce is fresh and delicious as well as the meat, the men at the butchers counter are so so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is never a let down, when you eat in you can not complain about the value for money, so much meat on the donner platter.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and there was no customer service. The quality of the food was poor and substandard. The kebab was not fresh and was overly salted, and the salad appeared to be two days old. Additionally, the establishment was not clean or tidy. I do not recommend this place at all.

Just visited first time, was very upset specially that we came here for a birthday.

Another one eating behind the counter, and even if he uses utensils it's still spreading
Firstly we had soup, one of plates were chipped (they just said sorry, not offered to replace), then they forgot the 3rd portion. The third portion suddenly had a lemon piece, even that was stained from "beetroot" as lady from the counter said.
They also forgot one plate of Donner too, had to remind

In term of food it was coated in marinade but not cooked well, chicken lightly pink inside, lamb doner had a strong smell.

Had lunch there today, lovely food, very helpful friendly staff. nice decor. Will certainly be going back to eat there again. Could not fault it.
