The store is mostly fine but with a few issues. If you check the stock online and then go to the store (not click & collect) the stock often isn't on the shelves. I wanted an underfloor heating cable, not on the shelf, staff said they don't know where they're stored, maybe the website is wrong. Went out to the car, ordered click and collect, went back in...oh, they found it. Now I use click and collect almost every time, but have been caught out a couple of times with out of date products because I didn't check all the packages when collecting. The store is ok, but it's hard work.

Update - thanks for the reply, but you missed the point entirely. The item was in stock, but the staff said it wasn't until I ordered it online then they suddenly found it. No point calling the store prior to visiting if they don't know what items they have, or can't be bothered to find them. Also no response on the out of date products, in this case you had sealant sat on the shelves which was 2 years out of date.

Helpful staff who pointed me in the right direction of items.

A shame that the Dulex paint machine was broken as their colour range available was fairly small so I compromised on paint colour.

We bought a sander from here...however we had to visit the store to chance our luck, because the website said there were no sanders in stock!!!?

We live in London & Shropshire, so it was only because we were passing by!

Really not great folks- they know full well that they have no competition in Cirencester so don’t even remotely try to give good service. Staff spent more time chatting with each other and moaning about their manager than helping me. Try Screwfix or tool station if possible, otherwise don’t come here expecting any decent service or stock levels.
