I'm sure the store layout is to encourage people to shop online. It's a huge store and yet it has super narrow Isles where you are pushing past

people to look at the shoes. Terrible design. Also where are are the trainers? So much more option online and very little selection in store. Very poor.

Loved the store previously... Reduced trainers were limited and when I went to ask a question, the staff member took a radio call and walked off. Left without a purchase...

I wasn’t there yesterday to get a football and the staff was just about Register and then when they serve me, they was extremely rude dropping the money into my hand where I nearly dropped it and also when there was passaging my bag there was trying not to touch me and looking at me in. I’m a secret shopper and I’m absolutely appalled on the service I received. Shop and something needs to be done about it. It is disgusting how staff treat you behind back of the chaos.

I asked for someone to take a measurement of my feet. To my complete surprise no one has be rained in how to use the foot measuring tool they had in store. Three young men just didn’t have a clue of how to use it. If anyone responds to this post from the Nike factory store and says anything different to what I have put in this post. Then they are lying.
I walked out in total disgust. Even the greeter at the door confirmed that none of them had been trained to take measurements of customers feet.
Absolutely shocking service. My advice to people is to go to stores for your footwear where the sales people know how to do their jobs.

Spent a fair few hrs in here over the years. 40+ pairs later and I'm still coming back. very friendly staff. usually 30% off selected items which is always a bonus as it is a factory store.

Particularly like the fact that if you order something through the nike app online and it doesn't fit or you change your mind, you can simply return to store.
