On my most recent visit I was severely disappointed . Most shelves were empty , and a small amount of stock was dotted around the store, upstairs was closed with no stock there, and although staff said otherwise I would have thought it was selling remaining stock before closing down.

Bought an x display sofa for 850. I was told it will be delivered on tuesday, so I waited and waited I called the shop at 5 to see where the sofa was. I was told it had already been sold to someone else. I was shocked and angry as I already got rid of my sofa and cleared the room for the new one . now we left with no sofa went to sort it out and they did but at what cost I'm left with no sofa until the new one arrives from head office maybe 2 weeks waiting . I'm stressed and frustrated at jtf incompetence to be organised so I have no option but to wait jtf caused me allot of stress and unconvince and uncomfortable situations at home without a sofa having to sit on the floor. Wont go back again and wont be buying anything from them again caused too much stress and time. I didnt expect this from such a big company.

Some. Decent Christmas stuff. You have to drop on as stock changes. Christmas trees are a good price

Nothing in-store, upstairs closed off, a few outside plants shelf's empty.

I said are you closing staff said no waiting for delivery. To empty to restock, who would go back to empty shelf's. Poor staff if their being told otherwise.
Shame had some great stuff over the years.
Don't waste your petrol. Nothing to buy.

Bought over a thousand pounds worth of garden furniture including their recommended lifestyle cover. 1 costing me £70 it hasn’t lasted one winter (10 months) and rips like tissue paper, I contacted the store to be told I’d had it over 6 months so not under a warranty. I trusted the staff to give me their best product and at the price I paid wrongly believed they had.

A really well stocked warehouse for all that you need for the home, garden and outdoor equipment. Well stocked shelves with paint, d I y equipment, car but to name but afew. An excellent little cafe with fresh food and drinks available, excellent social distancing measures in place all around the store. An excellent selection of plants and shrubs, building equipment a small area upstairs selling home and bedroom furnishings with tables and chairs and other cabinets for your home. Well worth a visit, just need some form of I.D to make yourself a member for the first time, once you receive your card the possibilities are endless. Toilets are near the entrance and are regularly checked. Have a browse round, no obligation to buy.

Clearly suffering with trading during the pandemic. Usually awash at this time of the year with Christmas decorations, festive food etc. but not much out when we visited. More coming in next Monday apparently, but at this time products are looking very thin on the ground.

Update as of 19/01/2021.

This store is not worth visiting. They are clearly running down stock levels and it will go one of two ways. They will either limp along with large amounts of staff furloughed or they will fold and start again when the UK gets to the other side of the pandemic. Couldn't give anymore stars as the store doesn't deserve any.

Surprisingly good, not sure what I expected, first visit. Saved quite a sum on dog food compared to supermarket prices. I could have saved more if I hadn't had ordered some stuff on line last night. Not a place I'll overlook in the future.
