hit or miss with this store. its what you'd expect, but in all fairness its probably worth nipping to b&m or home bargains. some staff are really polite but some can be rude and borderline aggressive

The security guard at one below Rotherham needs to start focusing on catching real thief's instead of following round innocent customers. When i realised he was following me round the store I requested to speak to the manager and asked a male member of staff if i could do so, he was stood chatting with the security guard at the time and was very impolite to me (just because I wanted to put in a report with the manager) However the manager was very polite and couldn't apologize enough. I have always been a regular customer here but this experience has put me off. I'm so upset and disgusted and I will never shop at one below again on principle

Always a clean tidy shop. Staff very friendly and helpfull. I go in wether I have been the day before, find something I already know they have. One complaint * is that it's very narrow aisles. Hard to look over someone's shoulder without getting a nasty look or harsh word. The only other niggle is I go in (Just to look around) and come out with £10 + of a few bits n bobs! Lol

In the past 2 times I have been in this shop the manager(young male)has spoken to his staff in a way I find disrespectful if I witness this a third time I will be asking his name and reporting him to his seniors
Other than that the staff are helpful and the shop is always well stocked

Very much the same as the old pound world shop but with just more variety , again they sell almost every small item you would need at reasonable prices.

If you want your eyes to pop out looking at the prices, this is the place. Bought hair colour, crisps, soap, shampoo and several other things with nothing priced over 1 quid.
