It was good to purchase a bundle of items from Iceland. They always provide great value with enough money. So last week I grabbed this chance and did lots of households shopping. Although this is the first time I visited this store the lady was on the till excellent and forgot my staff in the area she found someone to call me and back my item (25th November) . I Don't know her name so I mentioned the date of visiting a big thanks to her ? may Almighty Allah bless her.

I bought a lot of things and asked the staffs to help. But had a woman so rude, she said that didn’t have anyone to help me and even did not let me borrow the stroller because she suspected I’m stolen even though those things are too much and heavy

Why are the staff on the till so rude? No 'hello', no 'how would you like to pay?', no 'thank-you'. I think they should bring back the self service tills of the service will be like this...

This place always has a wide variety of frozen foods whether it's a ready meal or items for the freezer to use later, it is never disappointing. Most of the items are also reasonably priced and compare favourable or are sometimes cheaper than the big supermarkets.

Staff at this branch are amazing!! I visit almost every day and im always greeted with a smile. The security guard is lovely as well. Always fully stocked and never have any problems.

Very rare I go here.but the difference between this and my local York road one is vast.same products with good prices to be had. The store layout and décor is just amazing. Oh how I wish my local Iceland would get a make over.?
