exchanging a tablet with them, and I put old one on counter, they left it there whilst I was looking elsewhere in shop. Tablet fell off a minute later. Wasn't left in a precarious position either. Tiny crack in rear plastic as a result (obviously not their fault according to manager was mine, must have just 'fallen off' despite me being nowhere near it, only the guy checking it in was next to it....)

Don't blame the customer - for the sake of one £20 item and the 'blame game' you've lost my custom now for the future.

Pretty ill mannered asked about steelbooks that was available when they was claimed too be so called reserved funny enough went on website placed a order for the one I was after then said for this store out off stock that’s a disgusting way too say we won’t sell it too u in store we expect u instead too pay more on website very rude indeed

Bought an item, wasn't clearly listed on label and bought wrong item. Wouldn't refund me only voucher then told me to get correct item had to go to worksop store. Got item from worksop store to find it doesn't work. Taken back and still won't refund. Now have voucher for a place I have no confidence in and they won't uphold statutory rights. Avoid the place. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Con all they want is your money. My device is still under warranty. Device has stopped changing and they was not interested in helping at all, they accused me saying that I could of damaged it. Even though there was no visible damage. Nintendo is very well looked after with no marks or scratches on it. Feel very unhappy with customer service and will never return.

The location is in a pretty good place. Near the bus station, near the car park and right next to subway. Now, lets correct the assumption that this place is a mobile store. Its not. However, this store does sell second hand phones, mp3 players, retro consoles, DvDs, Blu-ray, Video games and odd bits of PC accessory. The service is good, the staff are up to date when it comes to asking question about their products. Its a good place to go, I'll highly recommend you try this place.

Great place to sell, exchange your old phones, computer games , specially if you have a kids and want to save your money .Fair prices for sale and buy . Items are good quality and I found its safe to buy from this shop then used items from Ebay and Amazon

Low prices offered for goods and if sell you have to return later for the money. They you feel as if you are selling stolen goods. I took away my sale item(a phone) and sold on line for twice what they offered. If you are desperate use this place.
