Went in looking for some socks. Didn’t know what size to pick but a really kind gentleman with brown long hair and a moustache was really really sweet and helpful. Thank you!! The security guard was really nice too. <3

My partner treated himself to a new jacket on his "big" birthday on 16.2.23 - and all the staff working there, including the security guy, were absolutely lovely and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this shop. Super nice people finished our short city break perfectly. Thank you all. Will definitely see you again. Cheers

Nipped in so our 13 year son could check out if there was anything he liked. Chelsea the store manager was really helpful and sorted us out with trainers, bag and clothes and made sure we took advantage of the discount that was available.
Shop was busy but that’s to be expected in Camden. Would def recommend!!

So, I had two experiences with this shop in the last two weeks. I had great service choosing a pair of shoes, left them behind the counter and came back to buy them. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong size. I didn’t check because why would you. I wore them out and they felt wrong so I checked. I phoned and spoke to the manager. He was so apologetic and organise a time for me to come in for a no quibble exchange. Customer service at its best. No blame just solutions.
