I absolutely adore this store. I love everything about it! Just amazing the style, the quality. A visit to London isn’t complete if I don’t go there. I wish I could buy the whole collection ? The owners are so friendly. I love this store so much that I decorated my bedroom as much as possible similar to their decor.

Went back to get a shirt i saw a week ago. Pointed in the direction of a similar shirt and a deal was done. Very helpful staff, and a great vibe in the store, i will be sure to go back.

Buying a XL size t-shirt to find out when you try it home that it's an M size at the most.... The seller could have suggested me that it was a slim cut at least... Nice stuff in there but then again, customer service non-existent...

Brilliant service, bought a dogtooth dress for my partner and it had to be delivered directly by the manufacturer as they had sold out of the size I needed. I ordered it on the Sunday and she had it on the Thursday and she was absolutely delighted with it, fits perfect. Thank you to all.

FAO Irish customers. 3 weeks and 2 days ago I ordered 1 FRED PERRY SHIRT. 1 shirt. I was charged €18 for this “tracked & signature required” delivery. 3 weeks and 2 days later it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking system is saying it’s delivered now after very little movement in those 3 weeks. I still haven’t received the shirt and had to buy another shirt for a function. The Co-owner was very apologetic in his emails to be fair to the man. It’s not his fault Brexit messed up their economy, he only had 1 vote. But it’s gone past a joke now at this stage. I buy clothes from the UK all the time and this is without doubt the worst service ever. And to pay €18 for the privilege is way too expensive. There are cheaper and more efficient services from other companies. I feel truly robbed and I’d never use them again. SHOP AROUND AND AVOID.
