Have visited this shop as my local for years. They are very kind and welcoming. Prices are fine and they have a good selection of essentials. I thought they would put up the pandemic prices for rice etc far more than they actually did, when everything was hard to find and source (for both the shop/buyer and consumer). Thanks for being such a reliable part of my neighbourhood and really nice people!

A week before we bought a watermelon . Absolutely disgusting! When we went there next time we mentioned that wasn't good. A man just says that this is what they delivered to us. No sorry , no money back. OK.
Today I went there again to buy another one. I've asked if is good this time? ( it was the same guy- Absolutely rude!)He said of course. It is disgusting again. A piece of watermelon cost £5. I will never buy anything in this shop!

Walked in here, picked up a few things, got the dirtiest look by the man behind the counter who literally didn’t even look at me. I kindly asked for a bag - didn’t even get a response, he just slammed my stuff through the till and chucked them into the bag. Even when I was going to pay with Apple Pay he just pointed at the reader! No Hi or Bye. Absolutely rude staff for a local! Learn some manners.
