Very disorganised store and very rude staff. I spent time choosing items and when I tried to pay staff refused to charge the price on the ticket. He wanted to charge more, even if the price was going lower than the price on the ticket. He just said they would put it down and that unfortunately” they are not able to do everything “. Very upsetting.

Awful. The children's shoes aren't sorted by size, they're in the shelves completely randomly, shoes in the wrong boxes so wrong sizes shown and the staff are completely disinterested.

Arrived at 15:47 on Sunday and wasn’t let in. Store closes at 16:00. The blond lady kept the door locked and only let the people out, but not in.

Really lovely friendly staff who go out of their way to help. The shop can be very busy with people buying many items at one time and staff are rushed off of their feet, but still they manage to always have a smile on their faces and help customers with their purchases. Can't fault the place, 5 stars all round.

I am really impressed with the excellent customer service received at the woolwich store today. The customer assistant (Mo) took her time to resolve a query for me as I had difficulty processing an online sales with clarks egift card. Really good service.
