I live with PTSD. I was already anxious before entering your store today! and then met with such horrible behaviour. I use your shop everyday!!!!! I spend thousands with your company!!!!! And today the Black lady in there was disgustingly rude; she knows exactly what she did. shes only just recently got there job and horrible and rude Everytime she serves people. But When people live with a trauma condition I’m going to take this further. She clearly Needs customer service training. And to find some kindness in her heart. What happened if I had a ptsd attack? nice place and good location. find myself always walking there to walk back get into my car and co another co-op down the road. too many time I go in and the shelves are empty. would be a good place if it kept stock right. just today the there was no drinks at all in the fridge and no multipack drinks on the shelves. also been the case for other sections of the shop

Ordering online with co-op food at Remer Street is a total waste of time. If you have it delivered the driver refuses to take any substitutes back as he just delivers and as click and collect - that doesn't work either, placed order of 7 items at 2.30 for collection between 4 and 6 received acknowledgement and advised that store would email when picked and ready went past 6 o'clock and heard nothing ending up having to cancel it. Won't be using again, don't know how long it takes them to pick 7 items?

It's a convenient store more than anything, It doesn't stock everything as it's only a small store. What is got a lot of what you need? The staff are very friendly.

All the food is fresh and replaced every so often. Staff are amazing and helpful if needed. Would definitely keep going

Good shop same deal as the big coop.lots if parking and a cash machine outside .
Have noticed recently that they have a door man some night ?
