Bought a product from this company via Amazon and the remote has broken within 12 months. The company are refusing to replace the remote and instead suggesting that Amazon should replace it. Totally useless and unhelpful customer services for what is a simple item to replace

UPDATE: following my review a replacement remote was sent as they managed to find one in the warehouse. Excellent service in the end

Ordered a fridge freezer though amazon no issues with freezer but fridge came with a freezer compartment in it which was not shown on the items listing pictures the pictures showed a fridge with no freezer compartment. I called crampton and moore regards this to be told there's nothing that they can do . I will not buy from them in the future.

Excellent customer service. i recently ordered a Hotpoint electric cooker from C and M. The price was substantially lower than any of the major retailers ,and there was no charge for delivery! I phoned C and M to enquire about delivery dates, my call was answered quickly, (unlike many other retailers.)I was able to get my delivery date changed easily and quickly. The Xl couriers staff who handled the delivery kept me informed of delivery times, and were very polite and helpful. I would recommend C and M with the caveat that you order direct, and not via Amazon who seem totally incapable of fulfilling orders.

Waited 3 days for someone to call me back with a price of a TV, I ended up calling them back, gave me price for the wrong TV, when they finally got the right model was told ut would be 2 weeks to get one in. Needless to say I went else where. Used to think C & M were a great retailer, but Harry on phone sounds like he's asleep, and could do with customer skills training. . Went to amazon and got it next day.

Been to the Catcliffe store today 19th September & bought a Hotpoint oven , absolutely lovely staff who are very very
helpful, the oven was a bargain price too, we will definitely use this place again thank you guys.

Came hoping to view cooker hood I had seen online but not on display. Decent selection of things on displaying the new showroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering cuppas while waiting for item to be brought out. Prices were amazing, my item was £23 cheaper than ao and then they honoured online discount so saved extra £50, can't ask for more. Highly recommend this place for electrical needs.

Visually stunning store with staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable, parking is excellent also. The downside is, the company trades on Amazon & they fluctuate their prices on a virtual daily basis, if you're an online shopper like myself, then other than physically looking at the product, you really have no need to purchase on site, could be a problem that's not been thought out long term.
