I live 2 min away from this shop and have been shopping here for a long time. They have a great selection of fruits and veg as well as many products. They also have a butchers who is fairly new, less than a year, he’s hired by the owner of the shop. The butcher man is awful to say the least he’s lazy and has the worst customer service ever. I bought chicken yesterday afternoon, this morning my fridge smelt foul of the chicken. I returned to the butcher and kindly explained to him that I always purchase from you and this has never happened can I please get a new one for my monies worth.

The man starts shouting and arguing with me as I talk calmly and says NO RETURN. The guys at the till intervene and say it’s fine just give it to her. Butcher continues to argue with me and suggests to the other guys to give me money instead as he won’t give me any meat or poultry. He does give it to me in the end but I am so shocked at his attitude and the way he spoke to me. I greet him every time I go there and even today I did so and spoke nicely-to explain the situation, for him to be absolutely horrible to me in return.

I say he’s lazy because I asked him to cut chicken thighs for me in the past and he charged me £1 extra! No butcher I’ve ever been to charges extra to cut since I was in a rush I agreed. The odd thing is it was a one off he never charged again or other customers.

Other than that bad experience today with the butcher who I really hope they replace. It is a great shop and the other guys have good manners and customer service. So I do recommend them.

The best shop in Camden!! Always an absolute pleasure to visit farmer’s supermarket. They’ve got the best selection of fruits and veg & the customer service is unmatched. Will always be a loyal customer.

Excellent supermarket open 24/7. Fantastic customer service, always polite and have good manners all the time.

However, prices are a bit high, but it's acceptable due to their brilliant customer services and open 24/7, I can't complain.

Fantastic supermarket with a wide variety of products. Open 24/7 so very convenient if you need anything in the middle of the night. Also My favourite place to get fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff are always really friendly and efficient. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Highly recommend this place to anyone in London?

Lovely local shop with a great variety of fresh veg. Also a huge selection of other food produce including good variety of flours and grains. I usually do my main weekly shop from here, has everything you need. The guys working here are also very friendly and pleasant.
