Uncomfortable experience buying pads and tampons here as they put these behind the counter. Meant I had to describe which ones I wanted to the guy behind the till who seemed embarrassed and completely lost. Is it really necessary to make it so women have to disclose how heavy their flow is to strangers behind the till?

I went to this shop this morning to pick up a few items, and my experience was absolutely appalling. The staff were extremely rude, throwing my items on the counter in a disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, they mimicked my mannerisms because I am a gay man, which was incredibly hurtful and unprofessional.

The worst part came when one of the staff members called me a slur in their own language, which I believe was the homophobic F slur. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, and it’s clear that they have no respect for their customers.

I will never go back to this shop and I urge others to avoid it as well. No one deserves to be treated this way. Terribly unprofessional and mean-spirited staff. Save your money and go somewhere where you’ll be treated with respect.
