Iceland cheating customer money! To all customer need know about this :
The extra money was charged to the customer without informing the customer and without their consent. When I saw it and asked why the extra charge was made using the card reader, their attitude was very rude and unreasonable! They also used the excuse for Charity to not let the customer speak, which was a disguised way of stealing the customer's money!

Absolutely horrific queuing system in place, especially at peak hours you can be queuing half way down an aisle.

This review is long overdue, I figured I would give it time to see if things improve, why they don't have more staff on the tills at busy times I have no idea but it is ridiculous having to wait ages in line especially if you only have a handful of items or you have frozen items which are prone to defrosting quickly, peas and yorkshire puddings for example would be defrosted before you leave the shop thanks to the queues.

It seems the only less busy times like early morning or in the evening are better.

Something clearly needs to be done about the management in this store.
