I gave it a 4* review because they have so many offers here. It's great value for money on many items and affordable for party food too.

It's such a shame their security is lax.
We were only there for 10 minutes and the security guard didn't move. He was then caught on his phone while standing in the same place as when we entered.

Really,, this branch have a very bad customer service,, before there were two blonde ladies middle aged, who were nice ? but nowadays The people left are so bad , No charisma, plus they act like security, and like they are Iceland owner’s family ? especially this woman in a scarf ,, sometimes when i have bought something on discount she even makes the sume manually to make sure and look deep the codes of the products just in case Iceland dont lose profits , i wonder if she gets extra paid for doing that!,,, also she i have noticed?that she treat you differently depends on your skin colour, even she being a foreigner... i dont recomend this icenlad branch,, they should change their staff,, or this branch should be closed for good and replace it with a tesco or sainsbury?

Since my last review this store has gone down hill massively. 1 person on checkouts each day (if your lucky) don't bother ordering your online shop here either beacsue you won't get all of your items even when in stock. Rude staff who look like they don't even want to be there. Negative atmosphere and terrible selection

I was in in there today .And ask for access to a trolley.so the manager came to me and said unless you have a one pound coin.You can't have a trolley.So I ask him how can I shop then.So he said well if you your shopping.then ask for cash back you will have a coin.
Drrrrrrrrrrrr.mmmm
That didn't work for me
So he then said if you remove your front door key .you can use that.
So Iceland lost my business today and forever more Because of it's trolley policy
Further more.i say to you the manager there.You need to reflect on this and improve your store's profits
Also take a look at your self
Because you Look as though you have been sleeping rough for a year
Shut that store down and put something there worth while.

If you just want to have a browse at whats on offer, dont bother. Security will stop you and demand to check your bags/pockets before exiting.

We ordered Iceland and it wasn’t good . It came 1 hour late and when we opened the bubblegum ice lollies they were liquid . Not impressed
