This is how parcels are left, right next to the door for anyone to help themselves to. Was told to find my own parcel and rummage through them, they’ve lost 1 of 2 so I’ve had to raise a claim.

Rude and unfriendly operator. Doesn’t bother with hello , goodbye or thank you , just holds his hand out for money whilst talking to friends on his phone. Surprised this dump is still operating with such a choice of good and friendly local conveniences stores nearby

Last year I ordered a rug to be delivered to urban store. I was informed it was ready to collect but when I went the lady in there said it had not been delivered so I contacted the courier. They were adamant they had handed over to her. So I went back again and this time she told me the delivery driver had took it back. I asked to speak to the manager but she said he was not there. I contacted the courier again and they said there was nothing they could do as it had been signed to say it had been received by the staff member. So basicly I paid 70 pound for a rug that went missing. Was so upset

Do not use this store for your eBay orders. They are listed as a CollectPlus provider however they refuse deliveries. The phone number listed on the Premier's own head office website for this store is invalid which means this store is impossible to contact unless you are physically in the store. For eBay orders in Newark, I highly recommend selecting Argos as your collection point. They are very experienced in handling parcels and have a big warehouse space. The reason why I selected Premier for my order was because they are open 'till late, but it's just not worth it. Use Argos instead for Newark CollectPlus deliveries.

This guy, who runs this store. He is so rude! I always get the impression he does not agree with the very, vinted and other parcels etc. He's very unkind and always on his mobile, clearly not concentrating. He was so condescending today on my visit. I would not recommend anyone who is dropping or picking up an item to use his service.

Very friendly staff and specially when it comes to da day needs, I manage to get everything in one stop shop. With regard to courier packages I have been served efficiently even though it’s challenging with the huge number of packages they get daily.
I’m glad to have this in the neighbourhood.

Ruben’s store on Hawton lane is an absolute joke.

Every time I go in there he’s hard work he makes any excuse I’ve had they're in the wrong bag, it’s too late in the day, it’s the wrong day constant issue. I took three little parcels in today and they are all football kits that people want before Christmas

I needed to make sure I didn’t send the wrong one to the wrong person so I had each one open ready to scan the label. All I have to do is click on the kit, showing the label on my Vinted.

He said unless I screen shotted them and had them there one after another which made no difference to what I was going to do anyway, then go elsewhere

Literally, that’s what he said if you don’t like it go somewhere else

I said but I don’t understand why, he said I’m busy, I’ve got things to do don’t be a postage store if you don’t want to send parcels ?

I said to him you’ve spent longer arguing with me about it, then just scanning the labels to print it.

So if you need to send anything with yodel don’t go here

Been going to the shop for a couple of years now never made a complaint or had a problem. Sold me disposable vape pen (which I buy everyday) and this one happened not to work. On return to the shop they refused to replace it. I get on with all the staff as well quite shocked tbh as I thought it wouldn’t be a problem considering the product was broken. Won’t be returning
