Today, I visited the Elland charity shop with my young son to be met by inappropriate (two songs played were inadvertently sexual) loud music from the counter radio. We left before having a thorough look, it was too loud for him and ill-judged for me.
It isn't good for those who have sensory needs such as music levels being too high thus adding in that sometimes the radio is unsuitable listening material. Why not have classical as an alternative?
Please look into this as an issue.

The staff is really helpful especially the store head. I wish I could be a part of this team. I'm a visitor in this town and bought few things for my needs.

i bought some mens tena pants for £4 and then saw they was only £4 50 from local supermarket not immpressed,i wont be golng there again and i will warn my mates to avoid going there rip off

A proper charity shop packed full of treasure and surprises. Everything at decent prices and has bargain boxes and sale rail too. I never come away empty handed. Then only 20 metres away there's the kiddie and baby goods shop. A great idea to seperate them out.
