I had shopped in here for years years although the pipes are quite expensive.
I was looking for Hemani essential oils when one of them slipped from my hand when paying. Unfortunately the bottle of £2,49 broke.

I was charged for it! I'm so disappointed that the man was so mean! He showed that it was purely accidentally. Even worse, when I queried he displayed an arrogant attitude.

I'm not feeling happy. This shows me how much they care for customer retention.?

This place has literally almost everything you can think of, not just middle eastern groceries. Also , i love that they are honest. Their pastries are fresh and they have the freshest hummus and baba ganoush.

Great food market with a large variety of preserves, herbs, spices, nuts, dried fruits, pickles etc. Very friendly and helpful staff, with decent prices for most items. Some difficult to find spice blends like zatar or berbere spice is also available here.

Kentish Town's worst offender for single-use thick plastic trays (used for baklavas and other pastries). Though technically recyclable, recycling rates in the UK are poor and the emphasis is on eliminating wasteful packaging, something most businesses are taking seriously - but not Phoenicia.

Best place to get Lebanese/middle eastern herbs and foods. They have really good whole chickens and labne. My grandma used to come to this location when she would visit to get all the ingredients she needed, they are always so kind and welcoming here as well!

Mediterranean and middle eastern grocerie shop like no other. fresh baklawa some of the best in the uk. what ever you can think of they probably have it. spices, pickles, cooking condiments, butcher. living healthy was never easier. if you want to shop where Ottolenghi does than this is the place for you. staff are very keen to help and the place is always clean
