Visited this Sainsbury local couple of time, overall ok experience. Not crowded at all and shelves seems to be stocked up as required.

I shop here regularly for convenience and I like Sainsbury's in general. I have often witnessed theft here by homeless/drunks/that sort and the staff are generally on the ball and trying to do something a out it, whilst being polite to customers.

That being said, I personally don't appreciate being followed around the shop floor with a security guard LITERALLY standing on me several times, whilst he pretended to browse. Considering I had a full shopping basket, was dressed fairly neatly and didn't have a hood or hat on.. It's hard to avoid the fact it was probably only happening because I'm black. Speak to your security.

I don't feel they utilise their stock package given the type of area they are in. The store could be a lot busier if the lunch section were more varied and easier to browse. It's packed into a small corner of the shop and often I see people giving up and leaving the store because it is too cramped and crowded. There is too much ready meal and cupboard item space that I rarely see anyone browsing in and I'm at the store twice a day 5 days a week. The self service area could be utilised better as more people want this option and there is rarely anyone assisting at it. The staff from my experience are polite and patient but when provoked by rude customers tempers are short. I can't really blame them to be honest on that point, customers shouldn't be rude. However it's a point to make, perhaps revising staffing during peak hours might alleviate queues and relieve tempers. Overall its an OK store if you just duck in fast, grab your stuff and go but it could be better with a few tweeks from mmgt and HO.

Options for lunch have decreased over the past couple of months and they seem to run out of stuff quite often. Some sandwiches have come out of stock recently and not coming back on shelf which is disappointing.

Super small shop, but unlike their counterpart near Chalk Farm, this Sainsbury's actually keeps their shelves stocked. The staff have always been friendly and you can often get what you need in a pinch. You won't find everything you need but the staples are easily accessible no matter what time of day.

Small size sainsburys with not a lot of choice inside, small aisles that wouldn't be suitable for someone in a wheelchair or with a baby pram. Some staff are friendly and work hard, some aren't. Best thing about this place is its open until midnight.

I went to the shop to buy milk in the morning today. Four pint milk £01.10. I took a picture of this store. Assistant manager rushed to me and said no picture. And instantly called the manager by phone to come in the shop floor. Manager came on the floor while I was paying the price for milk. He told me pictures cannot be taken for security reason and only allowed by getting permission from their head office.

Went to Sainsbury’s to by a four pack of cider. The woman there said we had to use the self service tills. Asked if I could pay at the counter (had a £50 note that self service doesn’t take) and she made a fuss about it saying she had to look after the self service tills. Reluctantly she came round after 5 minutes and was moaning all the way though the transaction. Said she could have could have given us change to use the self service tills Anyway dumped the change on the counter and left - so rude (to look after her as tills) never go there again!
