It is very accessible,easy to park and the staff are polite and helpful.I would particularly like to mention Alex who I have found to be very helpful, clear in explaining and has a helpful manner with clients. I walked in at 345 on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend after a stressful day to enquire about a unit and Alicia was so helpful, had an amazing attitude and really brought happiness to a tough day. She went through everything, wasn’t in a rush with it being so close to closing. She followed it up with a phone call the next day so it ensured I used the services. Went back on bank holiday Monday and she set everything up for me and it was a pleasure dealing with her amazing attitude. A real asset to the business. Overall a pleasurable and smooth transaction.
