Amazing customer service! Prakash on the helpline just went above and beyond to source the sweatshirt I wished I had bought in the Camden shop a few months back. He called the store on my behalf, tracked down the last one(!) and sent me a personal link to complete the order with PayPal. It's now in the post to me within 24hrs of my enquiry.
You can't ask for better than that. I'm so happy 🙂
(Cutest designs, so I highly recommend looking online or browsing in-store, as we did.)

Ordered a t-shirt online. Came in the wrong size. Emailed with a picture of the t-hirt and invoice which clearly showed the mistake, 3 days later, still no response. Was a birthday present which will now gather dust in a wardrobe. Disappointing as I have bought quite a few for myself from this brand.

Watch out! Their t-shirts shrink after first washing. I bought three XL tees which were pretty loose when brand new. After the washing I can barely fit them, so definitely gone size up. Apart from that, great designs.

Annually l travelled from Devon to Camden for clothes buying and always spend a fortune in this shop, now l've discovered the website l'm in 7th heaven, beautifuly made 'distressed' clothing, arrive carefully packaged, 100% my fav shop!!
