Newly opened store, tidy and well stocked with polite staff, free parking up to 3 hours and disabled parking. Lots of choice especially frozen products. Great if you like to bulk buy or like specific brands eg greggs and slimming world. I found it a bit pricier than other supermarkets, for example tomatoes, sweet bags, biscuits etc rounded up to a pound where as they are only 69p in other retailers. However if your a savey shopper you can pick the good deals eg cases of soft drinks 3 for £19. They also sell home ware, pet food and accessories, toiletries and a small selection of medication. Would definitely pop in once a month to see what's on offer.

This is an Iceland big store. Great selection of frozen foodstuffs as well as a much smaller selection of electable & fruit. You can really pick up a bargain here and special offers are bountiful

The Food Warehouse is a part of Iceland brand - they have got almost same stock,but... More expensive unfortunately. They have got many branded products ie. Frozen Greggs products which are almost in the same price if you consider cost of electricity and preparation time. I am not sure,but I think you can get these products cheaper at Iceland.
Anyway, shop is nice and tidy. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Everything is really positive there except the prices which are higher then in another shops selling similar products.

It's obviously Iceland but this one is on steroids it's big I am going back there's so much I didn't see pop in it's amazing staff very knowledgeable and helpful

I have had to start to get home deliveries lately and every time with Asda there were loads of 'replacements'. This Food Warehouse store cover our area. Nothing is too much trouble - I have phoned on the day of order and asked to change an item just a couple of hours before delivery and the lady who took the call was so lovely. The delivery guy is also lovely and helpful. The major plus side - they text a couple of hours or so beforehand and let you know if there are any missing items or replacements......none so far.

The shop itself and the delivery drivers are awesome. Your returns policy are abismal . Just go careful what you buy because it could take a week or more to refund . Granted it was my fault for buying the wrong cat food but is that any reason to tell me 4 different things to be told this morning that we know nothing about the product . I'm fuming to have to wait a week for a refund , then to find out nothing is known about it. This is what you get tofor loyalty some of us are living on a breadline here . Shameful customer service
