A place only which is good to stay short-term. I couldn't live in that place longer than three months. What annoys me most is that they're apparently incapable of repairing the laundry machines, they're like this for 3 months now (see pictures), especially for the price they asked for...really disappointing to be honest. The rooms are fine, except the shower. The concept for the shower is a bit unsophisticated, as the mirror closet can't be opened fully, and the water doesn't flow down..
The location is good, though, and it's pretty safe and quiet, in my opinion.

Don’t stay here. Notice how all the good reviews are only from people with short stays. The worst place I’ve ever stayed, if you live here as a student, you will encounter problems like bugs crawling out your shower drain, crazyyyyy noise 24/7, a bunch of stuff in your room not working/broken. It’s not worth the money. Reception genuinely don’t care about your problems, they’re just there to get their paycheque. The Stay Club prioritises schoop trips of underage international students over the students actually living there, they will allow them to scream and make noise at unholy hours so they can seem “cool”, it’s sad really lmao. I wish I listened to the bad reviews when I first read them. Don’t waste your time, your energy, or your money and just find somewhere else, there are so many other places in London.

Poor customer service from Ayushi
I experienced inequality as well as being call by the wrong name several times although addressing it. As a student I would recommend looking elsewhere for a supportive accommodation.

Fake advertising
not worth it at all!!

Be careful and know your rights!

Avoid at all costs. This is the worst place i’ve ever lived, their entire business model is designed to take large sums of overpriced rent in one go and then completely scam you, they treat this ‘home for students’ as a literal building site and have absolutely no regard for your wellbeing or comfort. Since i moved in in October the maintenance works have been constant - not a week has gone by where ive not heard hammering and drilling at some point in the day. They planned the worst of these during student exam season, living here has been hell, i’ve not gotten a day of peace. Every week they want to do ‘checks’ or ‘repairs’ because the building is cheap and poorly designed. I’ve attached an image of 3 doors being drilled down right outside my room at 10am during exams which carried on for 4 days, 7 hours a day. Don’t let them tell you they give notice of these, it’ll be 2 days notice max. The men leave all their tools on the floor and yell at each other outside your room while carrying out these works. You will never be valued as a customer or respected as a resident here, it is a scam and an awful place to live.

I have lived at the Stay Club for a year now and have decided to rebook as I can well and truly call this place a home. From day one, the staff have been so welcoming and greet you every day with a smile and are working around the clock to always be on hand for whatever you need.

The Stay Club have just recently redone the WIFI for the building after previous complaints of the WiFi lagging too much. the WIFI is now working efficiently and better than ever as the Stay Club really do listen to their guests and value your opinion. Most importantly they will continue to make improvements to ensure all guests have the best possible experience.

The rooms are well equipped for when you arrive, and if you find that you need extra utensils or culinary the receptionists are happy to restock you when approached - likewise with bedding and towels.

I’ve seen many complaints on here about the Stay Club being dirty however I strongly have to disagree on this. I’ve never experienced a dirty room here and my room was cleaned and maintained before arrival. Housekeeping are around every day and maintenance are on call for any issues. Maintenance will attend your room once a week to check toilets and drains and as for housekeeping you can choose if you want to pay a fee of £12 to have your room cleaned after the initial check in. One key thing to consider, especially after reading the reviews, is that this is student accommodation NOT a hotel. It is the responsibility of the guests to maintain the cleanliness of the suite.

The only downside here is that during the summer the rooms can get quite hot due to how cosy they are.

The BEST part of the Stay Club is the social element. The Stay Club have their own Events department to organise weekly events, every day of the week such as movie night’s, football matches, social friday and many more. They also do very successful seasonal events such as on Halloween, Bonfire, Christmas, New Years, Chinese New Year the list goes on..
Here at the Stay Club all students have multiple opportunities to get together, meet new friends, bring your own friends and have a good time. The events always provide a free buffet and they are very impressive. I’ve attached a few photos of the Halloween event to show you how they go above and beyond to make sure the students have a good time and trust me, you will. Lastly, the Stay Club sits in the heart of Camden so there is always something to do.

I’ve had the best experience so far living at the Stay Club and I cannot wait for what’s yet to come - if you’re looking for student accommodation in London I strongly recommend joining the Stay Club family.

I like the place. I stayed for two weeks in London. Camden Market, it's a colorful place. But the noise from pubs and streets is not disturbing me. I had my time to rest after a busy day - relax, sleep, and cook the food, which I love.
The bed was comfortable, and the small bathroom was very well isolated. I'm thankful for the attitude from the staff. Thank you guys, was really pleaser 🙂

Camden stay club is a nice accommodation for students for short periods of time, decorated very nice inside with decent sized rooms. However, their lack of cleanliness is unbearable.
The rooms when we arrived were dusty, smelled of mold, had dirt in corners and gnats and spiders all over. The beds in the rooms are a joke because there isn't even an actual mattress. We pulled the sheets up only to discover we were sleeping on a literal ottoman. The kitchen is okay for a night or two, but not really complete enough to make actual meals. The shower is very teeny, and not sanitary at all, as many from our group found mildew in the corners. During our three week stay, there were very large groups of teens staying there who would be loud until 1am and screaming on the top of their lungs already at 6am. The walls are paper thin and you are able to hear just about all of it. The staff is friendly for the most part, however when it came to them taking initiative on any of our complaints they didn't seem to care or make an effort. The gym in the space is a nice accommodation and the lobby and library are cool hangout spots. If you don't mind not getting good sleep and staying in uncleanly spaces, it is not a bad spot.
