I love Springtime! Due to Steve's incredible advice, my flower bed now looks like this.. I am over the moon! They have a fantastic selection of plants, but also, decor, candles, frames, cards, balloons and even conserves. Shay in the village is always so helpful and friendly, whenever I have to run in to get a last minute birthday gift! Thanks Springtime team!

I'm lucky to have places like this close to home, where you can stroll around plants and flowers, have a nice lunch and get some interior decor all in one day. I've seen Springtime evolve over the years and the product displays are on another level. Aesthetically vibrant with so much choice and often arranged by colour themes to help you select and blend multiple items. They understand colour psychology and the merchandising the goods in visually appealing ways, especially at Christmas. I recently visited to buy some fresh cut flowers to make up a funeral tribute for my good friend who passed, he loved orange and a 70s retro vibe so I picked a range of flowers and accented it with black grasses and orange hessian ribbon, plus some greenery from my garden. It felt really special to pick these personally from Springtime as we often visited to wander round the nurseries on a Sunday or came to get a bit of sun, lunch and atmosphere. Everyone said the flowers were beautiful, and the spare gerberas lasted 2.5 weeks.

Lovely Xmas train visit - a short five minute ride along passing some reindeers, Santa visit and the elves were a great jolly addition. All the kids loved it and the choice of toys in the grotto were decent too! A bit more on the pricey side for tickets but they had decent parking on site and it was a lovely festive visit with little waffle, hot chocolate stalls etc too

I take My son every year, my son is severely autistic and nonverbal.
This year on the ticket says to arrive 15 minutes before your time slot ( got there a little earlier to get parking right outside) but the doors for the wonderland didn't open until 10 which sadly meant triggering my son and just started the magical time on a bad note.

As always kind staff and amazingly done again, only thing I will say is I felt the santa didn't have the patience when asking my son questions and moved on rather quickly. But my son was happy and didn't notice which is the main thing =)

Visiting Santa with my family today, the Christmas decorations looks amazing but when we get to Santa its was a little bit disappointed, missing to be able to see Santa in his room with the kids and be able to take a pictures with him and not staying in the train at all times. This is more for the kids to see him once a year. For the money spend for a family of 5 of us you should be able to rectified this for next year even my kids was saying to us 'is that it?' Lucky the Elf was entertaining my kids at the time.
