Visit here as an absolute last resort, the prices make London look cheap. £3 for a bottle of Pepsi? £3.50 for Rubicon that would cost £2 less anywhere else. Absolute rip off taking advantage of travellers who need refreshments last minute.

Very expensive but that’s a given.
Every time I have popped in to grab some lunch the staff are always grumpy and miserable. Not welcoming don’t even get a thank you let alone smile. They all look like they hate working there and customers seem like they are a huge pain and inconvenience for the staff when wanting to buy even a can of Fanta.

Prices are massively inflated but I could stomach that if the staff weren’t so bloody rude! Made a comment in jest about the prices being high and was bluntly told “So” and that it was a railway station. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this place if you can.

Came straight here to write a review of the rude service and attitude I received from the lady at the counter when picking up a parcel. I'm not surprised that many others have had a bad experience to. It's honestly shocking how rude the staff are! I am a frequent customer of the evri parcel service here and not once have I recieved a polite welcoming, instead it is rude and almost as if I am being a nuisance to them.

Visit this store as a last resort. Worst customer service and the rudest women serving the counter, first of all they treat you as if they are giving away stuff for free while every item is priced 3 to 4 times the retail price. When I asked for an item she frowned and started insulting me by saying “ you should say please and thank you after every sentence- these are manners” . I am not surprised why so many negative reviews about this store, how are they allowed to even run that store with such rude behavior ? Don’t want to see that unpleasant woman ever !

Not very good servis in didcot spar at station very rude management should get some new staff in i see they dont stay long towork there must be the manager and daughter andno help from them and very expensive

Tried to collect a parcel 3 times, since Dec 8th. Everytime it’s “not been in”. I understand that perhaps Evri is at fault, and telling me it’s in when it’s not in, but the staff were so so rude. I don’t know why. I was very polite, when they told me I must have ordered it to be sent somewhere else I showed them the email etc, I smiled, I was definitely just trying to be polite and nice and didn’t kick up a fuss. I never leave reviews or complain etc, but I couldn’t believe just how rude this lady was. She was wearing a badge saying “I’m someone’s loved one- please be kind.” Well so am I. I don’t know what I did to make her so annoyed, but I left the shop crying. And I’m a grown woman who can put up with a lot! Avoid using this shop. They will be angry with you for just walking in the door.
