Lots of stock placed in user friendly ways within the store. Aisles between the stock rows were easily accessible and navigated. A number of toys were discounted by various percentages. My wife thought the layout was good especially the section dedicated to Beanie Babies. The staff were helpful and friendly and when it came to paying the assistant was both swift and efficient.

The staff and store manager tried to refuse our valid right to a refund and completely embarrassed my wife in the process. We brought an inflatable baby seat and it had a slow puncture in it which meant it deflated over night. We took it back in its box and spent 20 mins arguing with their staff who told us there was nothing wrong with it, pumped it up in the middle of the store etc.

My wife felt embarrassed. What a shameful debacle over a £50 today. We ended up with an exchange but I wish my wife refused to give them out business and asked for a refund instead.

Terrible terrible service and policies!
I went in to return a faulty item I bought online and was told they would need to inflate the item to see the fault (slow puncture). I waited for about 15 minutes with a restless baby while they faffed about, to be told there’s nothing wrong with it and they can’t offer an exchange! I has to speak to the manager before they eventually agreed. I don’t appreciate basically being called a liar.

A wide variety of toys available. Was a little let down with items being on a shelf marked with one price but when I got to the till it was more expensive and no reason given other than these items are more expensive and were placed in wrong shelf. I'd ask for more clear labelling on shelves and keeping customers happy in showing goodwill. If they aren't placed in right place how are we as customers supposed to know! But overall good shop.

Staff are moody and unhelpful. Twice now I've been in and items scan more expensive than advertised on the shelf ‍♂️ 0/10 rubbish experience.

My daughter loves the place its an Aladdin's cave for all things playtime. The staff are really friendly & helpful. I can never go in there and not walk out with something for her. Keep up the good work

Ordered online to collect in store but the date promised didn't materialise. Had to ring 4 times to ascertain where the item was. Eventually was advised thete was a computer problem with online ordering. Eventually collected 4 days late. Staff friendly though
