Horrendous customer service at this particular store. Paid for one item no problem, tried to return the other faulty item and refused even though on system they could see purchase history. Have logged complaint higher up with Argos directly. Both the young man and manager didn’t care. Not one for leaving bad reviews but this is deserved.

Today I was served by an absolute diamond. I don't live in Sussex but had a delivery to collect from there. Amazing service. Young bloke by the name of James, couldn't fault him at all.

Staff were fast and friendly (although it was evening and no other argos customers) but there's no signs to tell you where in the store it is! I was in a big rush and had to ask a customer as there was no Sainsbury's staff to be found at the front of the store. The store is right at the back of Sainsbury's which is a hassle when you're in a rush and you have to go Aisles full of shoppers.

Very handy place, note that unlike some Argos places inside Sainsbury's, this one is located at the back of the store so requires you enter the store and walk up a bit, not too far mind you.
