Price at checkout was not the same as on the shelf. After 5 mins of checking they issued a refund.

Very disappointing that they don't get the croissants and bakery stuff out on time in the morning- due to- laziness perhaps? I come in frequently at around 7 and the coffee machine is out of action and the bakery stuff isn't out. Surely 7am is peak time tor bakery stuff and coffee?

Embarrassing experience.I went in there to buy a sausage in clear view of the counter and went straight there to buy it.Two security guards were outside. One was vaping and the vape plume went inside and as I was on my way out I covered my mouth and nose not to inhale it as I am.a non smoker and non vapor.I remarked on my way out that they should not be vaping at the front door and got immediately grabbed by one the security guard who had vaped. He then wanted to see my bag and asked if I had paid for wht I have in my bag and I grabbed him.and went inside and the cashier confirmed.I then told him straight that he should not be smoking or vaping standing at the open door as customers who do not vape or smoke will be exlosed.to second hand vape and second hand smoke. He was hiding when I tried to take a picture.

Went in to co-op this morning, all fresh fridges were nearly empty and the other shelves not much better. One member of staff on tills and only one other trying to fill even though their trolley didnt have much on either. Never seen it this bad with no attempt to replenish. No service not even a smile and there was only me and one other customer in the store.

Shelves often looking empty these days, poor lighting, needs more staff on tills to oversee self service ones. Staff pleasant a positive at least.

We go out of our way to use Co op stores when we can. The experience in this store was very poor. A male member of staff was filling shelves and was doing so really aggressively dropping a box behind us what appeared intentionally. The one star is for the lady that served us and not for the very dirty shop and beggars outside

Clean, well stocked, great value helpful and polite staff. Cashier was doing a dual job. Serving me with a smile and at the same time keeping an eye on a shop lifter whom he stopped from stealing a 4 pack of beer.
