Today I was hung up on from a supervisor I order from this store 4 times a week being a new amputee and was told this morning to use another store I have never experienced anything like this in my life ! Not sorry he didn’t care told me to go to just eat it is isn’t just eats fault it’s the staff that are packing peoples orders that are making this a problem I am short of money waiting for refunds on nearly every order this is unacceptable and very very bad customer service.

Average high Street Co op, be very vary about prices on some products, example, a 39 gram pouch of sterling hand rolling tobacco is priced at £24 per packet while other High Street stores charges £14 65, four pack of Gunness pint cans were priced at £10 over normal store prices, so be wary when at any cobop stores folks

For a store which is very expensive (Waitrose is cheaper) their staff are very very miserable and just don't seem to actually care. It's a shame the mini Morrisons which used to be in its place didn't work out, as it was far cheaper then this place
