They need to call this place....were plants go to die!!! The manager seems more interested in what's for lunch than helping the staff. The poor woman at the tills had someone exchange an item by throwing the receipt at her and walking off. The manager was nowhere to be seen!! No staff anywhere and when you do ask for help it seems like you are putting them out. The only good staff is the poor man trying to keep the dying plants alive. Shop needs a good facelift as very out dated and miss match.

Excellent customer service received from a gentleman working at the furniture section upstairs . I didn't buy anything. I was just browsing, and the gentleman approached me and was available for all my questions.
I need to re decorate my apartment, and i needed to see some products before deciding on online shopping.
I will definitelly shop there again.
