All sales again,the layout is didn't really like and was kinda just all wrong. It looked old and unkempt and the floors were dirty. I know it was like 1600 but a couple cleaners to hoover the floor wouldn't go astray.

I did like the cool semicircle entrance thing though

I love Matalan ranges and choice so would have been 5 stars but can you please reveiw your stickers on items . I've tried numerous way to remove stickers on toys/ornaments to no avail as sometimes items are bought as gifts , yesterday I ruined labels/box due to price stickers on 3 items . Thankyou

It was as expected, large store with a good choice of items and variety of goods to cater to all tastes at reasonable prices.
Quality of the items I looked at were good but have mostly found that over the years I have shopped there.
Staff were polite and professional.
Store was well set out into each area so easy to access where you wanted to shop.
All good.

Went to return Father's day present from daughter. A very helpful assistant explained the procedure and it was dealt with by another assistant extremely efficiently and pleasantly. I then proceeded to purchase 4 shirts for myself and a top for my wife for a total cost of £67:50 which I was very happy with. All the staff on duty were very friendly and happy, good experience, top marks to you all.

It's a nice shop wide range of goods.
My only issue is the self service checkout.
If you have clothes you have to get the security tag off, then put them in your bags .
Worse if you're holding more shopping bags. Takes more time up.
Bring back the staff at the till. They always have someone on hand, they may as well serve you.
