It's a nice clean well planned shop. The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. I have chosen 2 accent chairs and will be purchasing them soon. I dropped one star because the screws in the framework of the 2 chairs I sat on had not been tightened fully therefore they was some movement in the wooden frame. The assistant assured me that the chairs had only been delivered into the shop and this would be corrected.

Ordered sofa. After 7 weeks got a phone call on day of delivery. Delivery men couldn't find sofa and it would take up to 72 hours to find it. Sofa was never found and dealing with customer services was not good. We didn't feel confident to reorder and wait another 7 weeks so we went elsewhere

Great experience. Went to look for sofas we'd seen online and glad we did as we didn't like them seeing them for real and ended up buying something different. Staff friendly and helpful without being pushy and sales orientated like most of the sofa places and were really helpful and patient when considering options such as colours and feet. Very fast delivery too which was a bit of luck based on our choices, delivered within a week of ordering and very pleased with the quality and comfort of the sofas.

Great lighting selection. The male member of staff that helped us really went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble. He was happy to open up the boxes so we could see the light fittings close up.

Didn't find the service that great, one guy tried to help us but he didn't really know his stuff so we left without buying anything. For the prices they charge, the staff should be better trained. However they do have some beautiful items in store so I'd go back and hope for better luck.

I have been here on about three occasions and each time required assistance of the staff in locating what I wanted. Each time the staff went out their to be extremely helpful. If the exact item was out of stock they located where we could get it in other stores or ordered it in for us. Excellent service!

Very popular clothes store. They often have amazing deals on. Sometimes the deals are so good they have to prepare the place - and close the changing rooms as it gets that busy!
Staff are helpful, and prices are reasonable, or in the sales typically amazing. Can be a bit of a free for all at times though!
They offer a small selection of household items too on the upper floor.
