Decent prices for the items for sale. I have ordered a number of times both in store and online for click and collect. I have never had a problem with my order. Before ordering I have done my research so I haven't needed to ask any questions about the products for sale. The staff are polite and helpful when I have been in store

Not good, turned up to store 3 times to pick up items ordered through click and collect to find they weren't available on arrival after receiving texts to say they were ready to collect!

Seem quite happy to waste my time. Other retailers do a much better job. If it's in stock great, if not don't bother.

Toolstation round the corner far more reliable in this regard.

Staff on this occasion seemed less than helpful with questions about products that I had purchased in the store. After the final shrug of the shoulders from a staff member another customer said why don't you come to my van and we will see what I can do. Sure enough he managed to solve the problem with the screw fix products in a matter of minutes. I was really surprised by the attitude of the staff as I had heard good things about the store but they just didn't seem to want to spend any time trying to help me at all. Luckily I'm not a builder so don't need to go to places like this often but I won't be coming back here that's for sure.
