hi I have been going to the co op a long time the staff are to.slow have to wait 20 mins to ger served people there to help and nobody goes on the till the time you shop and the you get served and you only have 30 min shop in there could he better

I regularly deliver parcels to the post office here. So this isn't aimed at the staff of the Co op petrol station. The post office doesn't have its own Google page.

Every time I go to the window of the post office, im 'greeted' - if you could call it that, by the most miserable women. If you work with the public you should show at least some enthusiasm with your job or wanting to be there. I'm put off every time I visit, which is not my choice otherwise i wouldn't. The other post office staff are lovely, but this person is ignorant and just plain rude. No hello or thankyou or anything. I've visited plenty of times and each and every time it's the same. So I've chosen to put this review. How she still has a job is anyones guess. If I didnt have to come here I wouldn't but unfortunately I'll have to endure the misery this woman expresses on to myself and probably everyone else who visits. Awful service.

Sort out the petrol pumps? What is wrong with the management of this place? Not only is it simple cr@p service to not be able to serve your customers the basics of a petrol station....to then feel its OK for your staff to inform customers it's because your are short-staffed for nigh on 2 months is appalling. Causes huge issues to Wantage road too as cars start backing up unable to get in safely to the only 2 pumps working.... Have watched this place go down hill. The atrocious management must be having a direct effect of revenue downturn.
