Terrible customer service. While I was dropping parsels for royal mail Jamie decided to serve another customer while I was trying to find a screen wash which at 22.00 was already locked. Shop is open till 23.00. Parsels couldn't be sent as they did not have a rolls to pront receipt. Supervisor Sue doesn't know what she has and what she has not in the shop. Rediculos service
